Ground Zero – Restart, Renew Emergency Youth Transition Home

A program designed by our youth, for youth. Serving and supporting youth who are homeless, in care of Ministry of Social Services, and/or eligible but unable to receive services. Youth will have an immediate, safe place to reside while making positive social connections and obtaining secure, long-term housing or placement. A safe home with 10 bedrooms that may accommodate youth for 30 days at a time. Inclusive and supportive for all genders and sexual orientations.

Ensuring basic needs are being met, youth are aided in functioning on a positive, psychological, sociological, physical, and emotional level. Building youth up and allowing them to begin moving forward in their journey.
