At Sweet Dreams Early Learning Centre, the program approach is one of learning opportunities and age-appropriate social and emotional growth.
Located on Queen Street across from City Hospital, the Sweet Dreams Early Learning Centre opened in September 2017. The centre is separated into two areas, the Infant Room upstairs and the Toddler/Preschool Room downstairs. The location of the Centre affords staff and children the opportunity to use the Kinsmen Park playground and the Wonder Hub when the weather is appropriate.
Staff create an environment that is loving and safe where the children are able to express their feelings. The Early Childhood Educators work closely with parents in an open communication style, helping to build trusting relationships with the parents and children. Our daycare prides itself in serving home cooked nutritional meals and snacks, and making sure each child has had breakfast each morning.
The needs of children, youth and their families are the primary focus in the design and delivery of our programs and services.
